Introduction to the conference

Greetings from SNE Research

We are delighted to announce that we are going to host the 15th Korea Advanced Battery Conference (KABC) here in Seoul, Korea, from 24 Sep (Tue) to 25 Sep (Wed).

In line with growing demand in the global EV market, the battery industry in Korea has experienced a rapid growth and received new capital investments.

However, since the latter half of 2023, the growth of EV demand has failed to reach the expectation, leading to a catastrophical phase, called 'chasm,' in the ecosystem of battery industry.

For this conference, we invite top-tier experts and executives from battery manufacturers, car OEMs, R&D centers, and investment institutes as our speakers.

We sincerely hope that our conference will provide an opportunity to listen to insightful speeches on the current market status and find alternative measures to address the current crisis in the battery industry.
